With over 30 years of international marketing, management and leadership experiences, Scott brings a passion to his work, helping business owners and leaders to realise their visions of success.
Working for many years in the New Zealand dairy industry, he lived offshore with his family in Asia, the Middle East and Russia, following this travelled extensively with international M&A and Strategy projects.
With this background, Scott has since been developing growth strategies for NZ businesses as a Consultant, CEO and coach. He has deep understanding of different industries and business models, is passionate about supporting privately owned businesses, and has extensive knowledge of franchising as a CEO/Director of large franchise groups.
Scott is excited about the opportunity NumerEyes brings to any business leader, engaging with them to simplify their numbers, make better decisions and achieve better results.
A senior manager with over 25 years’ experience leading successful businesses across a range of sectors. David has managed companies from small family concerns to a Publicly Quoted Company listed on the London Stock Exchange.
In addition to owning and leading individual businesses, David’s services have been used by Banks to provide ‘development’ support for growing firms. These projects required him to breakdown the issues faced by a business, create strategies for growth and communicate requirements to the team responsible.
A strong communicator with the ability to listen and bring clarity to a situation. David understands the need for diplomacy in complex discussions and is confident presenting challenging ideas to a variety of audiences.
